Abstract
At Somerset Foundation Trust we are proud to offer joined up community, mental and acute hospital care. Since 2022, two PNAs have been facilitating sessions in the medical service group (MSG) at Musgrove Park Hospital (MPH), primarily focusing on the restorative aspect of the Advocating and Educating for Quality Improvement (A-EQUIP) model. Frustrated that awareness and uptake of sessions remains sluggish. PNAs remain dedicated to their role as they recognise the benefits to colleagues, patients and the organisation. RCS is an opportunity to reflect, restore and renew enabling colleagues to raise their resilience, reducing stress and burnout. Supported and valued colleagues will continue to provide quality care.
